You agree to maintain adequate liability insurance for your property.
We strive to provide high-quality lawn care services and stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with any service, you must notify us within seven days of the service date to allow us an opportunity to address the concern. Our liability is limited to re-performing the service or providing a credit toward future services. We do not guarantee specific lawn outcomes as results depend on many factors beyond our control, including weather, soil conditions, and property usage.
specialpresent total liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and will address legitimate damage claims promptly and fairly.
